Creating enterprise storage, compute and networking infrastructure plans, implementing, testing and monitoring said designs and always being on the lookout for the newest technology in IT.
Networking
VLAN segregation, mesh Wi-Fi, port forwarding, static IP, dedicated DHCP server, custom DNS for adblocking etc.
Tech Support
Printer not printing? Router not routing? Gaming PC not gaming? Diagnosing and troubleshooting commences.
Planning & budgeting
Initial cost, scalability, use cases, operational costs, maintenance etc. for brand new and second hand hardware.
Testing & implementing
Switching from On-Prem to Hybrid cloud? New backup software? Setting up DR? Anything.
